Arriving in Maui is a step into paradise,
with its gently flowing breezes, beautiful scenery, no sense of time, and a
willingness to explore as much of the island as you can. We have tried to
pinpoint one area and to point out its features, and this is the area called Wailea, also known as South Maui. You can never spend enough time on Maui
as there is so much to see and to do. It is difficult to leave Maui, and
that is probably why the word "Aloha" means both hello and goodbye in the Hawaiian
language.
